Nice idea, wrong partner. The US government is incapable of doing anything right as we all know. Congress is 100% responsible for the music industry collapse because they did not protect us, they gave it to thieves. And they are 100% responsible for the horrible royalties we make now because they are involved. Congress is the problem and the solution is eliminating them completely from our industry. We have technology right now and the majority of musicians to FORCE streaming companies to pay properly, on demand. We have the ability to completely restructure the music industry, after we rightfully destroy the insider system that has helped ruin the worlds music culture for wealth for a few at the top. We have the ability to DESTROY all AI within our industry which will crash our industry within the next year.

I spent years redesigning the entire music industry and am looking for serious funding partners to remake the industry, for musicians, for companies that support us, for sales, for higher pay, for authenticity in music, and replacing the fake charts and ignorant A&R of literally every label that just takes trends, instead of doing development.

Facts are, we will never have another Bob Marley, U2, Rolling Stones etc with the music industry as rotted as it is now. Producers, engineers and studios will continue to collapse with what we have now. Supporting industries will continue to collapse with what we have now. The industry must be reformed from the ground up as a competitor that can win and overcome the ruined industry that currently exists. We have to start over, get all the musicians in the current industry to abandon it for a better system and never look back at THE FAILURE CONGRESS MADE of our careers. Congress's failure cost me four million in losses, when they destroyed my career. how about you, I'm done with those losers. They don't know business, our industry, or anything that will help us, they can't even fix DAYLIGHT SAVINGS after 50 years of trying..!

Well this is great stuff, but it all refers to US law - would it apply to artists around the World because most of the streaming platforms are run by US companies or would the likes of Spotify, iTunes and Amazon be exempt from paying non-US citizens such as myself?

This is all Mumbo Jumbo. It appears that you need to be a member of the AFM or other union entity. Why the AFM is not in charge of this shows that they have zero influence. It’s a great concept to get a decent royalty percentage from Spotify and those blood suckers. This will never fly.
